I have a 15-year-old active lab whose back legs don't always fire the way they should — mostly the stairs give us trouble. She's 65 lbs. I ordered an XL at first but switched to a Large and it fits perfect. I love the blue color! The straps are sturdy, and since we're not going long distances it works out great.

My husband and I grabbed the shoulder and waist to lift our 80 lb dog. Because of his weight, this felt like a more secure way to get him into the car for a vet visit. It really helped.
I haven't used the lift yet, but the padding seems very nice. It looks more comfortable than the other harnesses I checked. The full underbelly is supported, which is different from ones that only lift the front and back separately with no support in the center.

Just tried it and it helps so much, with no danger. It's very safe for my bigger dog struggling with IVDD. He can still walk but his lower back has issues, and we're on the second floor, so I need this for the stairs and the car. It works perfectly. My blue heeler is 64 lbs and could have sized up to an XL, since the Large is a little tight, but it's workable. Worth the purchase!
When my miniature dachshund's back legs became paralyzed, I used this to walk him outside to do his business. It worked really well. He would use his legs instinctively, and I believe it helped him rehab. Highly recommend.
I didn't keep it because it was too big for my dog, but overall it was well made and I'm sure it would work great for the right dog.
